A family business which rents out plant and machinery to many of the biggest events in the UK is now owned by its employees, after transferring into an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).

William G Search Ltd was established in Leeds in 1946 and employs more than 120 people across offices in Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Nottingham and Sheffield.

It also provides industrial air compressor solutions to manufacturers and businesses across the country.
