Since the beginning, William G Search Ltd has proudly supplied Download to deliver the high-quality temporary infrastructure required for this iconic event. In 2025, our team once again provided a complete package of cabins, toilets, showers, and waste management services, supporting every phase from site build to breakdown.
Our Role
For Download Festival 2025, William G Search Ltd supplied and managed a full range of temporary event accommodation and welfare units, including:
- 140 cabins for production offices, crew welfare areas, dressing rooms, and site operations
- Toilet and shower facilities positioned across key crew and backstage zones
- Effluent tanks and waste disposal services, ensuring consistent hygiene standards throughout the event
Every delivery and installation was planned in close coordination with the Far & Beyond operations team to ensure safe logistics and on-time completion across the sprawling Donington site.
