Our Role
At the 2025 Great Yorkshire Show, William G Search supplied and managed a wide range of temporary accommodation and welfare units, including:
- Cabins used as offices, ticketing stations, security posts, and exhibitor facilities
- Toilets and shower units strategically placed across the showground for crew and visitors
- Waste and effluent tanks, with ongoing management and servicing throughout the event
- Storage units and welfare facilities to support behind-the-scenes operations
Project Delivery
The Great Yorkshire Show is hosted on a large and busy permanent showground, requiring careful coordination with multiple contractors and exhibitors. Our team worked alongside the Yorkshire Agricultural Society and other key partners to plan efficient delivery routes, minimise site disruption, and ensure timely setup across all zones.
